ROSBERG ELECTRIC

Joe Rosberg did excellent work for us in the past, but he is currently out sick. His brother Eric gave me a reasonable estimate for an electrical job and then did not show up for it.  I waited all day because I know electricians can run late, and I need the work done this week because of other workmen coming in next week. I called him repeatedly but his mailbox is full. No call, no show, no more dealings with Rosberg electric.

Eric responded promptly and kept me informed as to when he would arrive. He wasted no time in getting the job done and was very careful to protect the new bathroom floor as well as the recently finished hardwood floors. He cleaned up as well. Nice job!

I wanted to upgrade my existing 100 AMP service to 200 AMP in preparation for some other jobs I want to do in the future. I had contacted Erik via email and played phone tag for quite a while setting up a viewing of what the job would entail. Finally, got him out there and received a very detailed quote. Was about to choose another contractor, but his lobbying on the phone when I called changed my mind. Scheduled the work several times, but a wet June resulted in it being delayed a while. Day of the job, Erik arrived and started right away. When we had discussed it earlier, the job was only to take a day, but took almost two since he did not have an assistant helping him like he usually does. Finally completed the job, panel looked great. Played phone tag again to schedule the inspection with the town. Erik did not seem able to look at his calendar more then 2-3 days in advance and schedule something for the next week. While trying to schedule the job, we realized that one room in our house did not have power (room is rarely used, so we did not notice it right away). Kept calling to try to schedule him to look at our powerless room and schedule inspection. At times, we found him to be a little rude on the phone. We recognize that making schedules work can be difficult, but it seemed over the top in this case. Finally, had the inspection and power re-established to the room 6 weeks after the job was completed. The worksmanship is great, but the customer service is lacking.

The work they did was great. Very efficient with work and was able to complete project in a timely manner. Checked before installing bathroom vanity light to make sure that I liked how it would be put in. Quality work and would hire again.

Joe came over the evening I called, and was ready to do the work. It turned out the delivery company sent an installer the next day to do the work, so we didn't use Joe. I appreciated his quick response time and professional attitude.

They were in and out and cleaned up their mess. We didn't even know we were out power they were so quick! Highly recommend them! I would give them pluses (+) on their A's if Angie's List had pluses!

Rosberg Electric gave us a detailed explanation of all the work that we required as well as involving us in the decisions regarding location of lights, switches, etc. They made sure we were complete satisfied with the work to be performed and the finished product. Rosberg Electric arrived on time, were very professional, completed all the work and cleaned up at the end of the day. We felt everything went smoothly and was completed to our specifications.

Their prices were fair and they cleaned up their area well. They are very trustworthy, they were working in our house when myself and my wife were away. That takes a lot to be able to trust someone and leave them a key.
