Andrea was very prompt to reply and schedule the consult, we were very happy with what she offered for the prices. The first clean was beyond amazing, they cleaned things I’ve never even thought about cleaning. We asked them to come back every two weeks going forward and have had two visits so far, definitely recommend!

Andrea was great from the start. Messaging me in a way that was conducive to my schedule and getting time set up to meet with her for the preliminary review and discussion about our house and the services we were looking for. We decided to bring them in for the cleaning and we are NOT disappointed. She and her team came in, made sure they understood our needs and wants and then got right to work. At the end of the day, our house looked AMAZING and we look forward to having them come back on a regular basis to help us keep it that way. Polite, great attention to detail, willing to meet our needs/wants for each particular area, great at working around the work-from-home people and the pets. I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs!

Andrea and her team are wonderful! She met with me to review our cleaning needs and gave me different quotes based on the frequency of the cleanings. The cleaners that have been coming are very thorough, conscientious and friendly. They also don’t mind that we have a very energetic puppy. Extremely responsive for the quote, extremely well-organized about what services would be provided, what day and time they'd arrive, what products to have on hand and they do a fantastic job cleaning! Very thorough, and kind to our two dogs as well. We are using Andrea and the team for our house and crash pad in Cambridge.

1. We have used Perfect Cleaning Service for regular scheduled house cleaning of a 4BR 3BA house for many years. The company owner, Andrea Neiva, oversees the work and the schedules, and is responsive to all feedback, special requests, accommodations to change schedule for special occasions, etc. The cleaners, who usually come as a pair, are very efficient and thorough. They will use the cleaning products you prefer (e.g. Murphys Oil Soap, Fabuloso) or their own. Every one of them has been kind, considerate and honest. They take pride in their work and create little flourishes such as towels folded fancy or tissues shaped into bows or flower shapes. 2. We have also used Perfect Cleaning Service for terminal cleaning of a condo between tenants, or when we were preparing a house for sale. Ms. Neiva confirms the exact requirements (e.g inclusion of interior cleaning of oven, 'frige & freezer; interior of closets; attic or basement; cleaning light fixtures of dead bugs) so there are no misunderstandings as to the scope. The price is fair for the scope of the work.

there are not enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe what a wonderful job the team at perfect cleaning service did, seriously!! i had first contacted andrea three years ago when i was considering hiring a professional service she was responsive, informative and helpful but i just wasn't ready to commit. fast forward to last month when i contacted her again she remembered me, i was impressed. we made a plan for her team to do an initial "deep cleaning" of our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house for a very reasonable rate. the crew of two arrived promptly at 8am and they cleaned until 5pm, they left our house positively sparkling! the kitchen and baths were shining, the floors (laminate, tile and carpet) throughout the house were immaculate, the nose prints (dog & two cats) were gone from the sliding door, the stove top grates for our gas stove looked brand new! these women have superior attention to detail, they missed NOTHING. i think one of my favorite parts of the day was when Kate was leaving she had forgotten her phone so she dashed back in to get it and as she was leaving she very sweetly and cheerfully, after such a marathon day, said "'bye Sam!!" to our dog! he's my baby so to have him treated so nicely meant a lot to me! =) my only regret in all of this was that i (foolishly) waited so long to engage this service. moving forward we're having them in twice monthly, that in itself is the most positive review i could make.

They are seriously meticulous about details. There are two people and they do a lot more than you might expect. They are excellent. They are totally professional in every way and worth every penny.

We have had a deep cleaning and two maintenance cleanings with them so far, and they have been great. They were willing to work with our own 'natural' cleaning products, and they did a very thorough job all around.

Andrea and her team are professional, courteous and very thorough. We especially like that when they begin our home, they have a clean bag of towels, mop heads, etc. You feel confident your home is at its cleanest. When we have had an issue or recommendation, Andrea responds immediately and it is fixed next time.

Perfect Cleaning is so far the most professional cleaner we have used. For over a year now, they have been providing high quality of services. Andrea, the owner, also communicates well, and keep us updated on scheduling on time. If they are running late, they will let you know. I had used one other cleaner before who had issues - being late and no show without notification and explanation. With Perfect cleaning, I feel I can trust them based on a year of service.

I worked with Andrea and Perfect Cleaning for about six years.  Simply put, they were always a pleasure. They excelled at their work and always did a great job.  I frequently had to make changes to the cleaning schedule and Andrea was always able to accommodate me.  In addition to general house cleaning they would always strip the beds, wash the sheets and put on new linens.  They were also always especially caring for my old pooch.   I would recommend Andrea and her team without reservation.

They did a spectacular job.  They cleaned every nook and cranny, and talked to me about several things they noticed along the way.  Andrea met with me beforehand to explain everything they were going to do, and what their usual fees for various services would be. Though her prices are a little higher than other cleaning services I have worked with in the past, I am very pleased with the work that she did. I'm excited to move in to my sparkling apartment today.

I left a message for Andrea on a Friday morning inquiring about home cleaning services.  She answered my call within a couple hours and booked an appointment to meet with me the following morning.  She was very professional and gave me a written quote for cleaning services based on my specific needs.  She and her team started the following week and have done three cleanings for me so far.  Andrea and her staff are very pleasant and thorough.  They do a wonderful job cleaning with great attention to detail.  I have had cleaning services for many years and feel she is one of the best I have ever had.  I completely recommend her cleaning services and am confident that you will be extremely pleased with her work.

Andrea asked me to review her 6 months ago and of course with anything I wait to see how it goes. Andrea has made special adjustments based on my crazy schedule which I very much appreciate. If we text she is right on it and gets back to me right away.  They are on time, honest and do a great job every time.  I recommend this company & I think I am a pretty tuff consumer.

They have been working for me for about 6 or 7 years now. Andrea is very reliable. Her crew does an excellent job. They are reasonably priced. The crews are generally very professional and thorough. I've recommended them to one of my neighbors.

Andrea and one of her co-workers recently completed a deep clean of my entire house.  They did an absolutely fabulous job.  Andrea was professional, polite and very friendly.  They arrived at my house at about 8 in the morning and stayed until about 3pm.  They cleaned every inch of my house including baseboards, windows, they moved all of the furniture so they could vacuum and dust behind everything.  I was so impressed, my house was left sparkling clean and smelled wonderful.  I've hired Andrea to clean my house every other week going forward.  It's going to be such a nice treat having my house cleaned by Andrea and her team, I'm so happy I found her!

Andrea and her crew are great. They do an excellent job and for the price, they do more than most housecleaning services do (like moving heavy furniture to sweep/mop behind). They were also really flexible and would often reschedule our cleaning to accomodate vacations or extra cleanings. The prices were also very reasonable for extra services. I would highly recommend their service.

After going through a massive home renovation our house was otherwise neglected and really needed a deep clean.  Andrea was able to cut through all the dust and schmutz buildup and left our house cleaner than I have ever seen it!  Even the baseboard crevices were cleaned out.  She is super responsive to messages and scheduling.  I'd highly recommend Andrea and will definitely be using her again.

Andrea is very professional and responsive.  I was overwhelmed at home and needed a deep cleaning and then was so impressed I decided to continue on a weekly basis.  Dayanna and Fatima always showed up on time and were a joy to have in my home.  They were a huge help but now that my life has settled down a little bit I can handle the housecleaning on my own.
