Based on what I was told I was expecting the work to be complete in a couple weeks.  However, more than one month later, after Christmas, I called to see how it was going because I had not heard from them.  They called me back the next day and said they were ready and we scheduled the install for a few days later on Dec 29.  I left work early to be home for the install.  45 mins before the appointment, they called to tell me they needed to order a part to repair the drapes and it would be a few more days. Very Poor customer service.

I've called for follow-up service for repairs due to mishaps (e.g. construction accidents). They are prompt and pleasant. One memorable story -- Duke from Lynne Greene Interiors promised to install my new living room shades before an upcoming holiday party at my house. He fulfilled his promise. His crew arrived on a stormy winter day a few days before Christmas to expertly install my beautiful new shades. Incredible service!

We wanted to put in Hunter-Douglas shades in our study, den, and over the skylight in the kitchen. Jackie, in the shop, was very helpful, and Paul, who came to give us an estimate and later installed everything, were terrific. They really know the products, they assisted us with color suggestions, and they were patient. Paul was prompt, professional, very quick- he installed the shades in the 3 rooms beautifully and within an hour and a half. We are delighted with his work and the company as a whole.

They are terrific! They have a whole show room that is fantastic. They measured everything perfectly and they really have excellent customer service. I would recommend them. They even helped me picked the best colors to match with my marble flooring. I am very pleased.
