It was extremely easy to work with Leader Bank to secure a MassHousing loan. Jeff Esterkes was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the process of purchasing an income-restricted unit and was responsive throughout the entire process. From pre-approval to closing, everyone from Leader Bank was professional and responsive to all emails and the underwriters even called and spoke with the attorney to clarify a few things toward the end. Two days before closing, my wallet was stolen and I lost all forms of photo ID. Instead of delaying closing, the bank worked with me to close on the property on time. I would recommend this bank every time to anyone looking for a mortgage in Massachusetts.

Jeff is very responsive, willing to answer all questions (which he does patiently), and does a great job listening to our needs and priorities.
