Called in the morning, got called back right away. The work was done in the afternoon.

I called Bill on a Sunday and he was very polite and helpful. Over the phone, he walked me through how to temporarily stop the leak but was willing to come over the same day if I wasn't able to get it under control. He came over the next day and took care of it, he was very friendly, polite and professional and just such a nice guy. I have recommended him to friends and will be calling him for any future plumbing needs.

My Water heater let go on me Wednesday 10/29 and I called landmark. Bill answered the phone I told him my problem and he was nice enough to fit me in!!! He was there by the end of the Day and replaced my water heater! Thank goodness I could have my Hot Water back! Bill was very friendly and professional! The work was done neatly and right! I was very pleased and I am glad I called Landmark, Bill will be my Plumber in the future!

Provider can out on holiday to clear sewer pipe. Have used him in the past with reviews written under McCaffery Drain. Provider has expanded his business and changed name. Was prompt and cleared up problem.
