Description of Work: Called them for a bid-played telephone tag for a few days-made an appointment-said 2 people would come out-one came out-seemed inexperienced,not very personable,awkward. Gave me a beautiful catalog of jobs they had done. . My job was a substantial remodel and I got the vibe that he wasn't too interested-still he took my plans and said he wanted other members of the crew to come and see the job-he would be in touch......I believe he came by twice afterwards without calling-rang my bell-my son was home and didn't answer .He has not contacted me- one month went by....he called apologizing for not getting in touch-asked if he could still make a bid-I said yes-he said once again he wanted others to come out,he would call me with some possible times.... its been 3 weeks and still haven't heard from him.

Jon seemed knowledgeable and competent. However, I never received a quote from him after his visit. I left voicemail for him several times but never heard back from him.
