JOHN THE PLUMBER INSTALLED THE NEW TOILET TWO OR THREE YEARS AGO. WHEN IT STARTED TO LEAK, I CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER IN TOWN, WHO WASN'T ABLE TO COME FOR A DAY OR TWO. SO I CALLED JOHN THE PLUMBER (IN THE NEXT TOWN), WHO HAD ORIGINALLY INSTALLED THE TOILET. THEY CAME THE SAME DAY, FIXED THE TOILET, AND SHOCKED US BY NOT CHARGING US! APPARENTLY, THEIR INSTALLATION CAME WITH A LIFETIME GUARANTEE! WELL, WHAT A NICE SURPRISE. ALTHOUGH AS I RECALL THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION WAS RELATIVELY EXPENSIVE, IT CERTAINLY PAID FOR ITSELF THIS TIME.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY, DONE EXCELLENT, CLEAN WORK, AND PROVIDED CLEAR UP FRONT PRICING. ON THE ONE OCCASION THEY COULDN'T DO A JOB AS QUICKLY AS I NEEDED, THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A REFERENCE TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY, WHICH I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH. THE ONE TIME I HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THEM WAS WHEN THEY MISDIAGNOSED A PROBLEM WITH MY TANKLESS WATER HEATER. THEIR SOLUTION WAS TO REPLACE IT WITH A STAND ALONE HEATER. I CALLED IN A SECOND COMPANY FOR A SECOND OPINION, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE CURRENT WATER HEATER IN AN HOUR, FOR LESS THAN $200. SUBSEQUENT POOR EXPERIENCES WITH THAT COMPANY LED ME BACK TO JOHN THE PLUMBER. I WOULD HIRE THEM FOR ANY JOB WHERE THE PROBLEM AND FIX IS OBVIOUS. FOR LARGER, MORE COMPLEX JOBS IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS.

MY SON THINKS (BOB) THE PLUMBER LOOKS LIKE A MOVIE STAR! THEY WERE FAST, EFFICIENT, AND VERY NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. WEVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WELL USE THEM AGAIN.

HE CAME TO DIAGNOSE A PLUMBING PROBLEM. HE KNOCKED OUT PART OF THE WALL AND THEN INFORMED ME THAT I HAD A LEAKING PVC THAT NEEDED TO BE GLUED PROPERLY AND REFITTED TO CORRECT A DIRECTIONAL FLOW. HE CHARGED $273 TO POUND THROUGH MY CEILING AND SAY "THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM", AND THEN HE ESTIMATED $155 FOR A TEMPORARY FIX TO THE PROBLEM, AND THEN $1000-$1500 FOR A PERMANENT FIX. HE ALSO WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET BACK TO ME UNTIL A WEEK LATER. I HAD NAZZARO PLUMBING COME TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND HE FIXED THE ENTIRE PROBLEM FOR ONLY $440! I FOUND THE PRICING OF "JOHN THE PLUMBER" TO BE EXORBITANT AND I EVEN WROTE THEM A LETTER ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I WAS DISPLEASED.
