THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. THEY WERE PATHETIC. I WOULD NEVER BUY A COMPUTER FROM GATEWAY AGAIN. THEY REPLACED OUR COMPUTER WITH ANOTHER ONE, AND DIDN'T EVEN TELL US. WE FOUND OUT BY LOOKING AT THE SERIAL NUMBER.
