As a property management company, there are a lot of scenarios where I need emergency or last-minute services. Finlayson has been able to be there quickly for us in these situations and provide a quality service our associations need. Very reasonable and honest.

I am using Scott Finlayson for electric. I like that they are honest, responsive and quality work. It is not a light job, it needed a bunch of stuff removed. The price is pretty standard for the area. He is not expensive. I am sure there are people cheaper but he is very fair. I absolutely will use them in the future. I better be, they are still on the hook for finishing the 3rd floor.
