Faulkner Enterprises was very efficient, they did the job pretty quickly. The carpenter worked with me and did everything the way I wanted it to happen. I was very happy that they had one person specializing in each area of the restoration. They really knew what they were doing.

John Hubbard is an architect and builder that you only need to talk to once to know he's going to do the job right. He bid second highest on our bathroom repairs and three other bidders were thousands less. He did great work and so did the terrific professional plumber, electrician, tile installer and painter he subbed out to. We had some missed communication about faucets we wanted to use in the tub, and about whether some external paint damage was included in the bid, and so those details cost us extra. Still, in fairness to John, he painted our entire bedroom when he found that the water leak had done some small damage to a wall behind a large chest, fixed a completely unrelated electrical problem and paid more than the allowance for tile. So in the end, he was more than fair. His contributions to the design of the new bathroom cost us nothing and he was always cheerful, friendly and fastidious about cleaning up every day. The whole project took a few weeks to complete, the finished work exceeded our expectations and it was right on budget.

This was an extensive project. I would like to say that there were times that he suggested other things when I wanted something done a certain way and I felt that may have been due to time constraints on his part. He did ultimately guide me in the right direction and the project did require us to compromise on certain things. The end result is quite nice and I am happy with the way it looks.

He stayed on time and budget. Extremely professional and would use again.
