The project went 100% great. He showed every morning while I was sleeping and worked in bare socks. He even fed our cats!!!!. He put plastic and drop cloths everwhere. His work was maticulous to say the least.
We paid him in full even though the moldings could not be painted until after our floors were completed. I called him when the floors were done and he showed up in 2 days to finish the job. He noticed a few scratches that he repaired..
He cleaned up every day he left and took all the old paint cans away (many painters leave you with a bunch of junk to clean up). When he was all done, he wiped down all the surfaces. The house was cleaner than I typicaly leave it.
He also works solo which I like. So many paint companies send in a team where most of orkers barely know the first thing about painting.
I would highly recommend you use him. You will not regret it
