Dean showed up when expected, started work the day after the estimate, finished earlier than expected, cleaned up after the work, and did an excellent quality job installing the tile. There were no issues, and he only called once to say the job was done earlier than expected. I trust his knowledgeable opinion about tiles and tile installation.

THE GROUT IN THE SHOWER BEGAN TO CRUMBLE AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS OF USE. (THE TILE BASEBOARD AROUND THE BATHROOM FLOOR ALSO CRUMBLED.) COMMONWEALTH TILE RETURNED TO REPAIR THE GROUT FOR FREE. HOWEVER, ON THAT VISIT THEIR WORK WAS PERFUNCTORY AND SLOPPY. OLD GROUT LINES CONTINUED TO CRACK IN FOLLOWING MONTHS, AS DID SOME NEWLY REPAIRED GROUT LINES. THE COLOR MATCH IN THE REPAIRS WAS EXTREMELY POOR. WHEN WE HAD THE GROUT REPAIRED BY ANOTHER COMPANY, WE DISCOVERED THAT COMMONWEALTH TILE HAD CONSISTENTLY FAILED TO PUSH THE GROUT SUFFICIENTLY DEEPLY INTO THE SPACES BETWEEN TILES. THEY ALSO APPEARED NOT TO HAVE CONSISTENTLY USED THE RIGHT MIXTURE OF MANUFACTURER-RECOMMENDED ADMIX.
