CertaPro Painters® of Woburn

CertaPro recently painted our church and hall building exteriors, and the steeple. Substantial prep work was required involving pressure-washing and manually scrapping the existing loose paint. They started the work ahead of schedule, finished within their estimated completion data, and within our established budget. They were very responsive to any questions we had. They also did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. We received many complements from our parishioners.

We were trying to juggle some large repair work, getting the house painted and getting the house listed for sale. Chris and team were extremely cooperative with the timing so that they came in right as the contractor was done with major porch repair. Thanks to the team we got the porch repair painted as soon as it was done and the house was ready to list right on time. The team worked extremely diligently every day, even in the heat. House looks great and they did great job with small trim and shingle repairs too. Communications with Chris were great, he responds rapidly. Would highly recommend.

The franchise owner was very helpful but I had to call them back out to redo it in places where it was thin on the paint. They did come back out and after it was all said and done the job was done well.

Chris Leary, the owner, showed up promptly and provided an estimate within 48 hours. As soon as I could schedule him, his crew arrived. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he provided all his credentials - certificate of liability insurance on his work crew contractor registration, and awards for excellence. I immediately knew he and his crew were the people for the job.
His husband and wife team (and a couple of others here and there) did an excellent job. They also were very professional. They cleaned up and put the materials away at the end of each day.
The house turned out to be taller than Chris and his crew had anticipated so, at his own cost (with no charge to me), he hired a boom to get the third floor dormers finished.
Chris showed up almost daily to check on things and made two separate attempts to match the paint on my front door. He really went out of his way to provide a quality service and he certainly did that. I would have given him an A+ in each category if that were one of the choices.
