Great experience, and the results are perfect. Jim was very accommodating and friendly, had the car ready when promised, no problems whatsoever.

We had just bought a new Mini when a friend accidentally crashed through our garage door, raining glass over 95% of the Mini's beautiful black surface.
Jim went over the whole thing. He only does an entire car three or four times a year - but this one had to be done. In some places the shards had light scratches, while in other places there were cuts right to the bone.
Have you ever tried re-touching a car? I tried it once - the results were awful. Sanding, priming, painting, gloss-coating - Jim later told me that there are guys that have been working at body shops for twenty years who can't do it.
At any rate, Jim returned the Mini in mint condition - as though it had come off the factory floor - and on time and at the price he had estimated.
Customers in his office all seemed in a good humor, slightly reverent, as though we all shared a secret about going to the best of the best.
Don't be put off by having to go around some storefronts to the back lot. There's a small sign, but that's all you need to let you know you have arrived.

Great experience, dropped by showed Jim my problem he has listend and explained a few options. He ordered the part and a few days later I came down and he himself installed it while I waited.
You won't be disappointed great shop.
