George Queen installed the unit, and it never went beyond thirty percent even running at the highest setting. Initially, he thought this issue was a result of the filters. We pulled the filters out per George's advice, but that didn?t help. Next, he came by and drilled multiple holes in and around the unit. After that, he disappeared for a week. We tried contacting him by phone multiple times because the unit still wasn't working properly, but George was unresponsive. After many days, he called to say that he had a bad back and that was the reason he wasn?t returning our calls. This was frustrating because his son works for him, so I don't understand why nobody could have reached out to us. Most importantly, the new system it worse than what we were dealing with before.
