They were very helpful in helping me choose a new ring to add the diamond too, even removing the diamond from my old ring so that I could place it in new ring settings to see how it would look. They were very helpful in explaining how the rings were made and how the stones were set and were able to answer all my questions about the rings.
Once I had selected a ring, they were very quick about attaching the diamond to my ring choice (I had it by noon the next day). They made sure to clean the diamond and ring so that the final result was sparkling and beutiful. They cost of the ring was very reasonable, and they took $500 off the price that was marked on the ring. When I asked about selling my old ring to them, they told me to wait, as the price of platnium had just fallen and I wouldn't make as much money. They were very honest and friendly and I was very satisfied with their work. I would recomend them to anyone.
