Although I do not wish to put down the rate or the price at this time, I can say that I agreed upon exactly what I needed and the people that helped me were very professional. They answered all the questions I had both before and afterward, and I can recommend their services.

I have to say that for other stuff, I really don't care for Bank of America. However, to be perfectly honest, which I feel I have to be, for mortgages Bank of America is great. They are very helpful. They gave us our second mortgage and were great about not charging us fees that they didn't have to. We were pleasantly surprised by them and would heartily recommend them for complicated mortgage situations or second mortgages.
