 + -1 moreWe went into this without having very high expectations based on some of the stories we heard from our friends. We found Mike to be very professional, patient and understanding with regard to our needs. From the moment he arrived and started his presentation it was quite obvious that we had a real estate broker who knew the market and after a brief conversation he really took the time to understand our needs. At the end of the day we feel 100% confident that Mike is a true real estate professional. He does what it takes to get the job done! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of our family and friends.
Description of Work: We wanted to sell our house. I called Mike Friday we arranged an appointment for Saturday morning , he called on his way and was on time. Mike came very prepared with the information I requested. He also walked us through every step of the home buying process to include the costs associated with purchasing a home. He explained the importance of hiring a licensed, insured and bonded home inspector. He aslo explained the importance of getting the best mortgage rate availible to me. He shared with me some of his experiences over the last 16 years to try and help us make the best financial decision.
