+ -1 moreOverall was a good experience. There were last minute delays that were frustrating, but in a loan that is complicated by the addition of the construction loan, it was well worth it.
Description of Work: Closed on a mortgage through Amerihome Mortgage. The home purchased needed renovations so our broker, Eric Asman, assisted us in closing on a 203k streamline loan. We got a great rate, and felt like we were well taken care of.
