Stereo and Home Theater System Service

First work was good. However a few years later I needed some help with getting the system running again and I could not get them to help me at all. The system is complex and I can't figure it out myself and they are not interested in any follow up work and I am willing to pay them. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They are happy to sell you lots of stuff but are gone when you need them later and I only live around the corner from them!!
