 + -1 moreWhen we walked in, they seemed nice, but as soon as we found a mattress we liked, he tried to pressure us to take delivery tomorrow and commit to buying it. This was the first store we went to. He chased us out to our car while trying to keep selling it to us.
Description of Work: Very high pressure sales person. I felt like I was buying a used car with him going back to "talk with his manager."

 + -1 moreWent to the brookline Sleepy's showroom. Salesman was kind and courteous. Showed us some selections and we decided to buy. We asked if delivery could be made the next day ASAP. Salesman said OK and the delivery window was specified 10-2pm, possibly earlier. Got home and noticed the time window on invoice was 12-4pm. I called the showroom and explained the situation. They said they would take care of it no problems at all. The salesman even called me back to reassure me the delivery time was changed. Next day, I woke up extra early just in case Sleepy's showed up earlier. By 2pm no one showed up and no one called. I called the showroom. The salesman said the invoice stated the original delivery time. I told him we needed delivery time to be 10-2pm and no one would be around after. I then canceled my order because I wasted half my day. The salesman didn't seem to care. That's fine, I'm going back to Jordan's furniture where I should have went in the first place.
Description of Work: Work was never performed, I canceled my order because of the companies poor ability to communicate with its delivery division.
