My wife and I were not planning on hiring a stager before the listing of our condo but our realtor, Irene Kerzner, of Hammond Residential included staging services in her contract.  After our offer was accepted on a new house, we needed to list our condo immediately.  Heidi started by looking at our condo and what was there.  She formulated a look and plan for our space that used most of our existing furniture plus staging pieces she brought in.  We knew we needed to de-personalize and de-clutter our condo but we were surprised at how much Heidi wanted moved out.  We rented a storage unit and Heidi helped us pack-up the belongings she wanted removed.  Heidi even wanted us to remove the tv from our living room.  We got a little frustrated with everything she wanted moved out but in the end, Heidi was right.  Our condo looked outstanding!  It looked like a boutique hotel.  The spaces were well utilized and removing the tv from the living room was the correct decision as the "black hole" detracted the look of the space.  Our condo was very popular, it sold the first weekend with multiple offers.  We were very happy with the look and feel of the staged condo and all of Heidi's hard work to make it happen.  We would highly recommend her services.
