He was here for about an hour or an hour and 10 minutes.To add insult to injury the man never cleaned up, even though a broom was within reach,He took only cash or debit card - immediate payment expected.. This was not a company looking for repeat customers. I'd say avoid them if possible.

I had a bad day. I managed to lock myself and my daughter out of the house on a freezing day. I tried the local locksmith but got no answer. Since I had to get in somehow I called a few companies that service my area to see if I could get someone out to the house. These are the people who ended up coming. I do not know the actual address but they service the Attleboro area. I can understand having to pay a service call fee ($55). He supposedly could not pick the lock, so needed to drill it out and replace it. (I could have told you that it would not be picked from his attitude before he even tried). I was charged $32.00 for a cheap door lock and $135 for labor!!!!! At that labor rate and how long it took they charge $540 and hour for labor. Talk about a rip off. He knew we were in a bind and had to get into the house and would have no choice. I should have just broken a window and climbed in. And looking at the receipt now I see that he charged me $16.00 for tax not $1.60.
