EXCELLENT!. THEY HELPED ME MEASURE THICKNESS EXACTLY (TO 1/16TH OF AN INCH). THE PAD IS PERFECTLY MATCHED TO THE OTHERS. THEY OFFERED TO HAVE IT FOLD IN QUARTERS, EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T NORMALLY DO THAT. NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR CUSTOMIZATION. IT ARRIVED ON THE EXACT DAY THEY SAID IT WOULD.
