Powerwashing
perhaps i was the unlucky one but i hired Tariq to soft power wash some moss from my roof. he did show up as planned and had reasonable communication skills. he also did a (fair job) on the moss removal. however, the disappointment came when he left the property and the side of my house a complete mess from the runoff. I was very taken back that he would actually leave it like that and walk away with "no" cleanup whatsoever. wouldn't of took much to quick rinse things down with the sprayer before leaving. the next thing was he assured me he would be back the following Saturday to do some touch up after paying the invoice. the day came and he never showed up nor answered my calls. just disappeared. this all was unfortunate because he did seem like a decent individual. good luck.

I hired Platinum for a roof cleaning. Tariq Sobhi came to give an estimate and explained the work he would do. He was the 3rd company I had gotten an estimate from. And although he wasn't the least expensive. I immediately knew he was my choice. His pride in his work showed as he had me look at other projects he had completed. He arrived on time and worked straight through the day. The result was my roof looks new. He did an outstanding job and could not be more happy for hiring this hardworking man. Thanks for your hard work Tariq it was well worth the money.
