Paul worked tirelessly for several days to fix my computer. By the time he was done, I had my problem solved and a better machine.

What a great company and owner.
I was having problems with my home network which was making it nearly unusable, and I was unsure who to call. After checking some online reviews, I called PC Nerds and I couldn't be happier that I did.
Even though it was nearly the end of the day, the owner, Paul, spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me, asking me questions, teaching me about my network, and helping me to narrow down where the problem might lie.
He adjusted his schedule so that he could make a home visit the following day to resolve the issue. However, during the evening, I was able to figure out which piece of equipment was causing the problem. I never would have been able to do that without Paul's help. So the next morning, I called Paul and told him I had solved the problem. He didn't have to come out, and he didn't charge me anything!!! I am incredibly impressed - I cannot imagine many other companies with the technical knowledge, patience, and customer service that would come through for me the way PC Nerds did. Thanks Paul!

I've got a Lenovo laptop that has served me well for years and all of a sudden the hard drive crashed right around Christmas. I really didn't want to spend money on a new computer as it was working fine before the hard drive went and finding someone wasn't easy. I ended up finding Paul of PC Nerds and he was prompt to respond. He thought it was something he could fix and we met and he had really good recommendations on what to do. He took the laptop and within a couple of days I had it back. He gave me advice on maintenance going forward and most importantly he was able to retrieve all of my data and upgraded some hardware so that I can go on without having to replace my laptop for a long time. After I got home and ran the computer it was running faster and better than ever. Call PC Nerds, it's better than buying a cheap laptop from a big store that will be slow after you add a few programs, have him make what you already have better and for less money, thanks Paul!
