ASK ABOUT PAYING FOR TRAVEL TIME. I FOUND OUT I HAD TO PAY FOR TRAVEL TIME ONLY WHEN I WAS HANDED THE INVOICE! AT $50/HOUR, THE SERVICE IS PRICEY. NOTE THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE LIKES TO PLAY WITH THE COMPUTER AND WILL NOT LEAVE IT AS HE FOUND IT, RESPECTING YOUR CHOICES - HE WILL CHANGE THE SCREEN AND SOUND ALERTS AND LEAVE THEM THE WAY HE LIKES THEM. I FIND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL.
