Jonathan has helped my wife and me in multiple real estate transactions over the past 12 years and we will never use another agent for a Boston area real estate transaction. He is that good. Jonathan was amazing! He really listened to our needs and offered expert advice often, which was always spot on. We were extremely impressed with the way he handled the negotiations on both deals and he always put our needs first, which we really appreciated. We got a great deal on our new home, which was recently on the cover of a local magazine and Jonathan also helped us to sell our condo for a very attractive price, even in a down market. Jonathan recognized that we were in need of assistance getting our condo ready to sell and was very hands-on in the preparation. He completely rearranged our furniture (even adding some new items from his own home!) with us and brought his shop vac over to help us get our nasty basement ready for the first open house. He was always pleasant and has a great sense of humor. We absolutely loved working with Jonathan and would recommend him with enthusiasm (we actually just did to a neighbor). He is definitely not your average Realtor!

Extremely accessible which I think is a critical trait for a real estate agent and we worked as a solid team through a very tough purchase process. He was a fantastic advocate for me in various situations and had excellent referrals (home inspectors, attorneys) who were all very professional and fair in pricing. These were so helpful throughout the whole process to ensure things on closing day went smoothly- which it did, in approximately 20-30 minutes! His knowledge of the process was superb and he was excellent at calming me when things seemed to be getting "bumpy". He would often "look-into" these bumps, smooth them out, and then get back to me in a very short time. Oh, and he's just a really nice guy (believe me, really felt like he just wanted the best for me) as well so that helps!
