  John and his crew arrived about 15 minutes ahead of the specified time and waited for me to come out of the house.  We walked through the yard to review the job we had agreed upon at the time of the estimate.  John left, and the crew of about 5 or 6 men set to work.  They were amazing to watch, as they carefully and expertly selected the parts of the Locust Tree they would remove, and lowered each one to the ground.  John does not use buckets to access the trees -- the men climb right into the trees to do the work.  When they were finished with the Locust, it held a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing shape.  They moved on to the Norway Maples, removing the large branches that hung over my house, and then removing one other tree entirely, as we had agreed.

  My son is a woodworker and he was here during the job.  He requested certain sections of tree limbs to be cut at certain points and in specified lengths as they worked.  The men were terrifically responsive and helpful and accommodating, and left these pieces exactly as requested, along with the logs for splitting, and a pile of wood chip mulch for me to spread later. Their clean-up was impeccable.

  This was the second job John did for me this season, the first was in November.  I love my garden and my trees, they are important to me, and I will never use any other service.  John is both smart and artistic, he cares about trees, and he knows his business.  He was a pleasure to work with.  His prices are totally reasonable.

Everything went fantastic.
