 + 0 moreVery responsive, very decent, very reliable, great quality, prompt, and gets the job done. Very skilled. His jobs with us were a mix of small projects. He will do small or large projects and did great home remodeling for a friend who then referred him to me. His group is small, 3-4 men. All very professional and polite. He fixed several more small things at our home and didn't charge extra for any of it. I kept adding on small jobs while they were there and they did them all, also not adding any additional cost.
Description of Work: Renovations of our new home which is an old house. Included everything, exterior sanding and staining of deck and stairs, repair of rotted wood railing, clean gutters, fixed leak in gutter, rerouted gutter drainage to prevent leakage into basement, fixed leak in roof. Indoor jobs included put in new windows, repaired damaged walls, painted and repaired water stains on walls and window, fixed loose floorboards, resurfaced cement basement floor, re-grouted crumbling stone wall in basement and sealed, repaired cracked drainage pipe, removed old dead drainage pipe, fixed doors that didn't close, fixed door knobs that didn't work, fixed kitchen drawers that were damaged, sealed wall cracks, spackled, and repainted in numerous areas, found small jobs and just fixed whatever he found along the way.
