 + 3 moreThey were the consummate professionals -- did work to the highest standard, completed it on time and within budget. Gary brings a wealth of experience working on high end homes. He was always a step ahead of the work, pointing out options for us and adding his own classic design sense to our plans when we asked for it. Gary's knowledge of architecture and design history was a major factor in restoring this historic house to its former glory -- all while improving it to modern day energy and safety standards. He worked with us to install geothermal heating, and was a real proponent of green building options. Ben Bressel was also a total delight -- he made sure that all the subcontractors were working to standard, and his smile kept the team at ease. Plus, both these guys have great stories that will keep you laughing! They were terrific, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to do excellent work.
Description of Work: Gary Streck and Ben Bressel managed the entire gut rehab of a four bedroom house for us in Brookline.
