In the end it’s a financial decision and having the proper guidance on how to play your cards and were/when to push or give up is almost an art. He has the skills to walk you through that swiftly. Eric helped us sell our home in Brookline, MA. The home was located in Brookline Village, had been recently renovated, and was a wonderful property. And Eric did it justice! From the initial visit to putting us in touch with a stager (who was reasonably price and very helpful!) to showing the home and being generally available to us, Eric was first rate. After we had accepted an offer, Eric stayed 'plugged in' until we closed on the property, which we found very useful. In terms of numbers, Brookline is an active market. Our home was listed on a Thursday, had an open house Saturday/Sunday, and we had several full price or greater offers by Sunday night. We settled on an offer that went about 10% over asking without any contingencies. We were ecstatic about the outcome.

One of the most important decision in anyone life is buying and selling his house. In my case I looked for a broker to sell my house and choosing Eric was one of mine. Eric feels the housing market in Brookline and Boston and has a lot of experience (much more that I even imagine in my best dream. Eric advised me to hire a stager to make some improvements to my house To fit it to most buyers Within 6 weeks the house was ready for sale. We planned an open house on Saturday/Sunday but had to cancel it because we got a great offer one day earlier. Eric is extremely responsive day and night to any call or text and made the selling process smooth and free of stress. Eric is very charming man and gives you a feeling you’re his only client and he has all the time and patience for you the seller. And last, he delivered the sale $100k above asking price. The Boston real-state market is a different beast. Luckily, we found Erik, who not only helped us find and buy a home we love, but also educated us through the entire process. First, he helped us calibrate our expectations by lining up many private showings in a very few days. After that, once we had a better picture in mind, he was extremely quick at getting us in the houses that were appearing in the market. When we finally found the one, he helped us negotiate the right price and eventually get the home we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Everything that followed went very quickly (we closed in 30 days), as we he is very well connected to equally recommendable attorneys, home inspectors, and pretty much any other person you might need. Changing jobs, cities and homes in just 2-3 months can be a very stressful process, but certainly we were able to get the home hunting process done very smoothly thanks to Eric and, thus, we very strongly recommend him.
