Great job

Ecujimo did a fabulous job with my chair! Not only did he manage to re-upholster in exactly the same style (with lots of buttons, side panels and covered back), but he also tightened and cleaned up the wood frame, so the chair not only looks so much better, but it also seems more solid. He'd warned that reupholstering a chair like this would be a very time-consuming and quite costly job, but he stayed within the original estimate and I'm sure earned every penny of what I paid. I highly recommend the place. They also have a good supply of upholstery sample books if you want to save yourself the trouble of going to fabric places. I found my fabric from one of his books.

He did an amazing job. All the work was done with real artistry and great care. I know from making clothing how tedious it can be to line up patterns on the fabric. With both sets of cushions the match from seat cushion to back cushion is precise. I would never again go to another upholsterer.

We had very bad back pillows to our sofa which was less than 5 yrs old. The owner wasvery good about explaining to me what he was going to do. Told me he would add or subtract stuffing to my liking. It turned out great and I'm bringing him the second cushion.

He is by far the best upholsterer we've ever seen, and we've had experience with several. Really, he's an artist. He's meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly, highly skilled. With both pieces of furniture, he paid attention to details which would never have occurred to us--compex coordination of patterns, exact location and style of piping, etc. My grandmother's old broken-down chair was returned to us looking like a museum piece. If what you care about is speed and rock-bottom pricing, look for someone else--that's the only reason I gave him a and quot;Band quot; on price and punctuality. But if your main concern is quality and absolutely beautiful work, this is your guy.

He did an excellent job. I was very pleased. I would use him again.

Ecujimo Upholstery had the best price for what I wanted done. The fabric was very nicely detailed. These people are very nice and cordial. They have a professional manner and they get things done very quickly. I'm very happy with everything they did for me.

Ecujimo is a small upholstery business run by Olger Moreno. Mr. Moreno was a pleasure to work with: answered calls promptly, finished the job on time and did a beautiful job modernizing two ratty old pieces of furniture. The price was reasonable considering other estimates I received and the cost of replacement with new furniture of the same quality.
