TEAM SHOWED UP ON TIME, FOUND, AND REPLACED ROTTEN FASCIA BOARDS ON ONE SIDE. NOTHING ELSE WENT SMOOTHLY. ONE SECTION OF NEW GUTTER WAS ACTUALLY TWO OLD SECTIONS "GLUED" TOGETHER. THEY CAME, AND REPLACED AFTER I COMPLAINED. ONE GUTTER WASN'T PUT IN TIGHTLY, AND THEY CAME AND FIXED. SCREENS WERE PUT IN WRONG GUTTERS. MR. CEDAR DIDN'T BELIEVE ME IN NOV. '04, AND REFUSED TO COME AND LOOK! HEAVY SNOW AND SOLID ICE DAMS (YES, ICE DAMS IN A NEW GUTTER SYSTEM) PREVENTED ME FROM PROVING MY CASE. I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL SPRING, FOUR PHONE CALLS, AND A CALL THREATENING LEGAL ACTION. SCREENS WERE PUT INTO CORRECT GUTTERS IN APRIL. THEY BLEW OFF THIS FALL IN A BIG WINDSTORM. OUR ROOFERS (HARCO ROOFING) PUT THEM BACK IN AT IN NOVEMBER. OUR ROOFERS ALSO TOLD US THAT THE LONGEST FASCIA BOARD UNDER ALUMINUM SIDING WAS ACTUALLY ROTTED. CLARK SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THIS!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ALL SMILES UNTIL THEY MAKE A MISTAKE, AND YOU CALL THEM ON IT!
Description of Work: INSPECT GUTTERS, AND FASCIA BOARDS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE. ADD GUTTER SCREENS.
