They charge monthly. They are competent, if we have problems they know how to solve them. Their depth of knowledge is amazing. Our actual manager, is the daughter of the owner, is a miracle. She has good humor. They are intelligent and their prices are more than others, but they have a website that manages all kinds of information. We are in very good hands. We are getting what we pay for.
