It was truly a tour de force of carpentry skill.  From drawings from my kitchen designer and some crude drawings I made on PowerPoint, Enda executed and exceeded my expectations of what I had envisioned the house would look like.  The built-ins were impressive, especially the paneled library.  He was attentive to what I wanted and redid a couple of things that I wasn't 100% satisfied with.  For example, he usually places cabinets and baseboard prior to tiling, but he was willing to wait until after the tiling to do his part because that was what I preferred.  Also, he was patient and didn't complain when he had to cut down a bunch of doors twice since 1) the framer made the door headers too low and 2) because the tile warming mats made the bathroom floors higher.  He is also much better than some tradesmen at trying to stay on schedule and not delay other trades (this is critical in a housebuild where sequence matters), and he returned to do some additional things that I wanted him to do.  He was the best tradesman of all the trades on our build, and I highly recommend him.
