They did a good job, and the tree is gone, and they left the area clean. I had to wait a couple of weeks, but every other tree company I called was also a couple of weeks backlogged, so they were like everyone else. The only frustrating thing was trying to reach John G., the guy I was working with. That can get frustrating, because he uses a cell number which he basically doesn't answer. I tried calling the office and they tried to reach him, but couldn't get in touch either. I found I could text him, and eventually he responded. Still, that's not uncommon. Very few contractors want to be completely accessible to their customers. I've used him in the past, and I'd use him again.

They do a lot or pruning and taking care of dead wood. They do a lot of high wood and I have been using them for years.  I think they are expensive. The remove trees and cut down limbs. They are very good. They cut down a big but they had to wait until winter.

I left a message with the office describing my need. The message wasn't returned for a day or two. When it was returned, I scheduled an appointment for a consultation; the Arborist never showed up at the scheduled time and never called. When I checked back with the company to find out what happened, the person told me he had thought the appointment was for a different date and time. We rescheduled. The day before our rescheduled appointment, he called and left a message saying he couldn't make it and I should call the office to reschedule again. I had no more interest in trying to give them my business.

John returned my original call to the company within 24 hours and we agreed upon an appointment. He never showed up nor did he try to contact me to explain why.
