Theye were very confident and responsive, and they did a good job.

Called 12/15 for service on 12/16, able to accommodate. Did call an hour before scheduled to arrive to advise of delay. Our closing was pushed back so it worked out anyway. They did keep shifting planned meeting time by 30 mins each time arrangements were made, but wasn't a major inconvenience. Work was done quickly & cleanly.

From the time I initially contacted them through e-mail, the entire project took less than two weeks. They came out two days after my initial contact to preview the project, and I had an estimate in hand one day later. After receiving the other estimates, we selected Bay State for the completeness of their proposal and the overall price. They scheduled the work for the following weekend, called fifteen minutes before they arrived, and the work was completed by the end of that day. It was a pleasure working with Scott and Deanna who came out to do the work. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did the job right! They even did work we hadn't specifically discussed like providing a silicone sealant around the perimeter of the new exterior unit. We would use them again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you Ray.

I called Bay State Locksmith and spoke with Ray, who came to provide us with an estimate the following week. He discussed the technical details of the job and gave good answers to all my questions. We were sent an estimate with break down of all the options that we needed, we signed it, faxed back and scheduled the job. George, the technician, was courteous, cleaned up the job area well and completed the job ahead of schedule. Throughout the process, George answered all the additional questions that I had and continue to demonstrate the same quality of professionalism and customer service that I have received from all the previous Bay State Locksmiths associates.
