in one visit, inspected the affected area (the kitchen), they placed bait, and instructed us on how to clean up the areas where the mice had been (using rubbing alcohol which sterilizes and evaporates quickly). With their expertise in commercial kitchens and years in the business they were especially affective. The mice were gone with a day!

I have used them for 20 years. Their prices are reasonable and the service is good. You get the service within a few days of calling them, and they will come out the same day if it is more urgent.

We had some serious issue with bees and they came out. They are pretty good. We never knew that the bees where in the closet, we could just hear their hum. It was pretty scary. I have a yearly service contract with them and it was for everything. They really took care of everything and they came right out. If there is a problem they would keep coming back and its just one price. They would come out as many times as you would need them to come out. They lost money on us as we were so infested with bees when we bought this house. I think they are slightly over taxed because they are always moving the guys around but they would always come out the same day or next day.
