John did exactly what he said he would, charged a slightly high, but reasonable fee, was friendly and polite during his work, and did not make a mess.
Description of Work: My refrigerator had leaked because of ice build up in the freezer. We do not have the ice maker hooked up, so I knew it wasn't that, but did not know what to expect. John returned my call the next day - a Sunday - and scheduled an appointment for two days later. He came promptly, quickly reassured me that it was not a major problem, explained what had gone wrong, cleaned and inspected the bottom of the back, and showed me what we need to be doing for regular maintenance.
