Dave's billing process: they can't provide actual per hour labor cost--"every job is different." Can't provide receipts for parts--"too difficult." Almost $600 for a dryer vent clean and reconnect and a door hinge and gasket replacement on a dishwasher. I will not return.

Fast and friendly service.  Was a very simple fix of some drainage tubes that were clogged.  Cost me basic diagnostic / service charge, more reasonable than several other places I called and he didn't try to upsell me or find major issues that weren't there.
Would definitely recommend.

My washer was leaking water and not spinning. Dave's appliance came within 2 business days and made the necessary repairs within 30 minutes. We needed a new water pump, which was a pricey part, but I felt the charge was a fair price. They also tightened up a few bolts and adjusted the legs on the machine as well. The service was excellent and I was very pleased.

Our 20 year old dryer broke down. When I called, I was immediatley given a 2 hour window, that same afternoon, of when to expect the repairman. John was on time, had a new dryer belt and got my machine back to work. It took longer than originally estimated, which increased my cost, but it was still worth it. Very professional and he even agreed to vacuum out the linty corners in the machine when I left my vacuum cleaner with him.

Very well....ask for the owner though, the other staff was almost non-existent, and when they finally showed up to help, they were rude.
