+ -1 moreThis was the most exciting project for me. The guy’s name is Steve Budnik and he’s the general contractor. He does the inspection upgrading. He has a plumber and an electrician that he brought in. He sub contracts his work and he’s equally very good. He’s got great overall knowledge and he’s very quality conscious. He would be supervising the construction of our garage which we would be starting shortly. He’s very flexible and very knowledgeable. At the moment he’s working part time for us because he’s doing it personally. I would use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Budnik Contracting. He started the work in August of 2010 and he’s still doing the work. We basically bought a house which has been empty for three years and we had a lot of problems. The downstairs was guttered because of the mull problem. He and his contractors reframed the hall downstairs. He reframed it and relighted, and did the relighting upstairs. He completely redid the staircase. He made some changes in the closets in the bedroom. He’s done a lot of framing work. He has fixed two problems both in the living room and in the sunroom. He upgraded the construction to be curved. The staircase also had the same problem. The railings were not curved and he corrected that. He required some creativity and construction to do that. He would be installing new doors and doing refinished wood work. He’ll be then going on to do the new staircase.
