This was the most exciting project for me. The guy’s name is Steve Budnik and he’s the general contractor. He does the inspection upgrading. He has a plumber and an electrician that he brought in. He sub contracts his work and he’s equally very good. He’s got great overall knowledge and he’s very quality conscious. He would be supervising the construction of our garage which we would be starting shortly. He’s very flexible and very knowledgeable. At the moment he’s working part time for us because he’s doing it personally. I would use his services again in the future.
