Neena's Design Lighting

I brought a wall sconce to Neenas, Brookline, to have it rewired. I was told it would take approximately 4 days to repair. I returned 4 days later and I was told their subcontractor had not come in that week, and that I should call/return the next day to check on the status of the work. I returned the following day and the sconce had still not been repaired. After waiting eight days my fixture had still not been repaired. I went to the store and I asked the manager when I could realistically expect my light fixture to be fixed. The manager became visabily upset and he told me to come back in two weeks to see if the work had been done. I reclaimed my light fixture and I took it to a lamp repair shop in West Roxbury where it was promptly fixed.
