I normally go to them for all my auto needs.

They were thorough in how they explained their services. I think that they didn't do everything that they stated they would do.

Once they changed the oil, and they didn't tighten the bolts that keep it in, and the oil drained on my driveway. When I called them they just said and quot;sorryand quot;. Now my driveway has issues because of that.

I have found that he is very honest and very capable. I have been very satisfied with what he has done. I have talked to other customers I never heard anybody complaints about him. He does the work that he says is needed and so far my car is running beautifully. I have a very old car so that is very important to me. If I needed an appointment I have no problems in getting it. I just think that he knows what he is doing. He has a good staff. Anytime he ever told me that I needed something I relied up on him and it worked out well.

They made good recommendations about needed repair work, took the time to explain the issues and needs to me, provided a free loaner car while the work was being done and completed the job on time.

Excellent. The truck runs better since I got it used at 58K miles, now at 63K. They did what was needed and nothing more, finding the front transaxle to be gummed up, which explained the 4WD erratic behavior, and not replacing the spark plugs which they said should last to 100K miles. There was a slight vibration at highway speeds and that is gone now. I am very glad to have found a reliable auto service place so nearby me. I may be buying tires there soon and will report on that later.

My experience with Westgate Tire and Auto Service was very positive. I called several local places to get an estimate for four tires and the other service work I needed. Neil was very helpful and gave me the best estimate of all the places I talked to for the best quality tires in my price range. I scheduled an appointment for two days later. They called me before doing any work to let me know what needed to be done for the 60,000 mile maintenance, and more importantly what didn't need to be done. That saved me several hundred dollars compared to what the dealership would have charged me for work I didn't really need. The work came in right on target with the estimate. They did a very nice job.
