It did not go well !! I can't afford that much expense, and especially since the work was never completed.

It went really well. He returned my call about scheduling the project within a couple of hours, and scheduled the work for the next day. He came right on time (after calling an hour ahead, as promised). They did a great job replacing the track light and left the room in as good condition as when they arrived.
