Interior Painting
I paid him $11,000 then he stopped working. He packed up 90% of boards, but did not screw them in all the way. I got an estimate from a contractor to finish just the plaster only, it was $9,000. He said the guy only did about $4,000 worth of work. Original contract was $23,000 to finish sheetrock, plaster, primer, and paint.
