 + -1 moreWhile Tom appeared well-meaning, was pleasant to work with, and his work overall was good, his follow- up has been worse than poor. Although he gave a warranty of his work and equipment, he has been next to impossible to contact when we needed repairs to our sump pump; the system is currently not operating as it should be and he has not responded to numerous phone calls and messages.
Description of Work: Installed French drain and sump pump with battery backup.
