POOL 'N PLAY

I have mixed feeling with them because a year ago they had put in a new liner and redid our pipe work for our pool and the owner is a really pleasant guy and really nice. I would never do work with them again because their follow-up with everything was just so terrible. We still have a few things that we wanted done and just trying to get him out here to finish stuff is a joke. He has part time labor which we weren't aware of and when they came out to do the work his people never showed up until noon or 1:00 and they would only work for a few hours each day and then they would leave. There was no communication, we never knew what was going on unless we called. Sometimes they would just show up for work and sometimes we wouldn't see them for a few days. That was last year and then once we got the pool opened our skimmer basket that are are screwed in the skimmer basket thing is rusting which we told them about. Trying to get them to follow-up with everything is a nightmare, so we gave up. I would not recommend them.

The company and service manager were very responsive in returning my call. They spent quite some time with me on the phone so they new the full extent of what was happening. The technician they sent was very professional and he was meticulous through the pressure testing and diagnosis. He set up the final test which was to occur over a day or two. I did not hear back from them after two days so took the measurements myself and called the service manager to report. Again, he spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone. He said as a next step, as we still did not know the source of the leak, he would confer with the technician and get back to me with a recommendation on next steps. I never heard from them again and wound up working with another company who came recommended. However, I feel confident had I called to follow up, as I did after the 2 day test, that they would have been responsive again. It would have been nice if the consulted with one another and got back in touch with me, that is the only reason I did not rate the company an A.

They do an exceptional job and I've recommended them to many families in the area.

Okay. There were good and bad aspects. I like their prices and responsiveness. It was hard to find people to do work on our pool and they are usually available. On the other hand, the quality of the work was not always the best. The filter was expensive and arrived in a torn box. It was missing the pressure gauge and it made me think that perhaps this was an open box model that had been used before. I asked them to replace the pressure gauge with one made by the manufacturer to match and called a number of times. I never could get the pressure gauge to work right. They also did a pool closing for us. Chris was very helpful and responsive by phone and they have fair prices.
