Exterior Painting
After he began the job, and was about 40-50% done, he stopped showing up. After multiple calls and texts went unanswered, he showed up again, said he needed additional money to continue, and disappeared again. I havent heard from him in nearly 3 months now. Of the 40,000 I was given from my insurance company, Humberto has already taken 33,500 and now I am having to spend an additional 25k+ to hire someone else to finish the job.
When I got my settlement money from the insurance company, I was hoping to do some additional renovations with the money. But because of Humberto stealing my money, I am not only paying out of my pocket, the house is barely just getting it's original damage repaired - no improvements.
I am still homeless after 10 months. Humberto is a total fraud and I would advise against anyone doing business with him. I am in the process of filing a suit against him and the company. I most probably will not get my money back but I need him to understand that what he did is NOT OKAY and hopefully help others from having the same fate as I.
