Steve, the company owner, knew what he was doing but was infrequently on the site. He would tell his crew what to do, and their final product is quite good. His crew installed the ducts in the old and new portions of the house, but took several days to figure out how to link the old portion of the house with the new. They hid the heating ducts in the ceiling joists of the basement particularly well to give maximal headroom. Crew was sometimes discourteous but was reliable and did complete the required work very well. New chimney flue was well placed and well integrated in with the ducts although I had to be vigilant to ensure this integration occurred.
